Day 1
- Arrival in the Seychelles
- Greeting at the Airport (Mahé) and transfer to the harbor between
9 and
11 AM
- Settle in on board
- Short sail to Saint Anne Marine Port, anchor there, Island Time:
swimming,
diving, relaxing or whatever you want
- Light lunch on board
- Group Time: welcome, getting to know each other, orientation to the
program and our favorite slow-down experiences available on this
trip.(2h)
- Island time: Snorkeling, swimming and excursion to smaller islets
nearby
- Dinner on board |

- Breakfast on board
- Sailing to La Digue, sailing-instruction, if wanted
- Anchor off La Digue, La Passe
- Light lunch on board
- Island Time on La Digue: Opportunity to take a bicycle tour or hike to
a
plantation and the "Barcadi beaches"
- In the afternoon Group Time:Mini-lecture “There is never enough time
to get it all done – time and time management”, discussion, processing
the day’s experiences (2h)
- Island Time to reflect, relax, or walk on the beach
- Dinner on board |

- Breakfast on board
- Sailing to Praslin, stopover near Cocos Island for a chance to snorkle
- Anchor off the Coté d´Or
- Lunch on board
- Island Time: Opportunity for a tour to the rainforest Vallée de Mai
- Later in the afternoon, Group Time: Mini-lecture “Take-out, or how to
stop
taking your work home and to bed with you”, discussion, processing
the
day’s experiences (2h)
- Dinner on board
- Island Time: Chance to visit the casino or a beach bar, time to reflect |

- Sailing to Grande Soeur
- Group Time: Mini-lecture “Stress and stress management”, discussion,

- At noon Barbecue on one of the most beautiful beaches of the
Seychelles
- In the afternoons sailing to the turtle island Curieuse, time to relax
and reflect
- Island Time: Chance to take a Ranger-guided tour of the National Park |

Day 5
- Breakfast on board
- Sailing off the Island Saint Pierre, perfect to snorkel and swim
- Sailing along off the Island Anse Lazio in the north of Praslins, one
of the
most beautiful bights
- Anchor for lunch
- In the afternoon, Group Time at a beach bar: Mini-Lecture
“Constructive
conflicts – the island-time process for diffusing
disagreement and coming
out ahead”, discussion and processing
the day’s experiences (2h)
- Island Time: Time for swimming, walking and snorkling
